Residential Subdivision, Tuakau
CivilPlan worked with a proactive Developer to deliver a two stage subdivision of just under 10ha into 93 residential lots. The development has great amenity with sports fields to the west and peaceful rolling hills to the east. The Kairoa Stream runs along the eastern boundary which lends itself to wetland features as a part of the stormwater treatment and detention solution, and a new 4m wide walking path.
We provided the whole project package spanning from green fields through to gaining titles which included surveying, planning, civil engineering and project management services to deliver this high quality subdivision.
