Joining the team
From day one, we make sure new hires feel like a part of the CivilPlan team by involving them in group activities. We also connect each new member with the right leaders who bring out their best and ensure a smooth start by providing an immersive onboarding process. New team members spend a day with Debbie Cammell (HR Business Manager), a cornerstone in our onboarding process, who covers the essentials while getting them familiar with the company’s rhythm and goals.
