We are currently looking for:

Senior Civil Engineer – Land Development

The successful candidate will be supported by our Team Leaders and the Engineering Manager, and be responsible for preparing AutoCAD drawings, 12d modelling, construction observation, contract management, and other tasks associated with civil engineering projects. 

This role is well suited for a technically strong civil engineer with at least 5 years’ previous experience in land development. The candidate should have a good understanding of civil engineering principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The role would be ideal for a candidate who enjoys working on a variety of projects and is interested in supporting our junior engineers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in land development engineering and a relevant engineering degree. AutoCAD and 12d knowledge required, along with a sound knowledge of local land development standards. You must be a strong communicator with a passion for land development, and getting involved in a variety of work.

Team Leader/Project Manager – Land Development

We have a growing team consisting of some of the best practitioners in the sector, a fun but hard-working office culture and tonnes of great projects.
We are on the lookout for a Team Leader/Project Manager to join our team.

You will be an autonomous land development engineer with a minimum of 6 years’ experience. You will have a background in managing projects from start to finish,  running a small team and mentoring juniors. You will design, manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and work closely with our Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of New Zealand land development experience, be an ‘on the tools’ engineer with a high level of competency in 12D, and AutoCAD. CPEng is advantageous but not required.
