Residential Subdivision, Pararekau Island, Karaka
Pararekau Island is 16.5ha of private residential land connected to Karaka Habourside overlooking the Pahurehure Inlet. CivilPlan are providing engineering services to develop this site to achieve approximately 150 residential sites ranging in size from 500-1200m² with associated roads, stormwater management areas and coastal reserves.
We helped secure resource consents for subdivision and development of this land and are providing site observation and certification services for the implementation of the consents.
