Rezoning and Residential Subdivision, Clarks Beach
Approximately 50 ha of land at Clarks Beach adjacent to the existing township was zoned Future Urban in the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan, and was identified as a Special Housing Area.
CivilPlan Consultants prepared the Stormwater Management Plan to support a Plan Variation for the SHA land. The Plan Variation was approved in September 2016, providing for primarily residential development (approximately 700 households) with a neighbourhood centre.
CivilPlan also provided engineering design services to support resource consent applications for the subsequent stages of subdivision in the Plan Variation area.
