Residential Subdivision | Belmont, Pukekohe
The Belmont Special Housing Area comprised approximately 72 ha of land on the western periphery of Pukekohe. CivilPlan provided planning, engineering and project management services to develop approximately 7.5ha of land at Belmont to achieve approximately 140 residential sites ranging in size from 200-400m2 with associated roads and stormwater management areas.
We secured resource consents for subdivision and development of this land, including integrated consents for affordable dwellings (10% of the total yield) and for more intensive housing typologies (duplex). We provided site observation and certification services for the implementation of the consents.
