The Salvation Army Royal Oak Social Housing Development – Official Opening

Russell Baikie, Emma Bayly and Cherie Lincoln had the pleasure of attending the official opening of Te Hononga Tangata in November 2019 with the executive of The Salvation Army, the Prime Minister, Government leaders and iwi representatives. This was a partnership between the Government and The Salvation Army.

CivilPlan were involved in the town planning and civil engineering for the project that provides for 50 accommodation units over three buildings including communal facilities. The project provides important social housing for Auckland and will be fully operated by The Salvation Army.
